I'm usually between a 4 or 6 for Oh Polly dresses, depending on the material. I ordered a size 6 and it ended up being perfect. The dress material is thick and high quality, but the thick material does make the sleeves feel tight. The dress was still extremely soft and comfortable, but some may find the tight sleeves to be restricting.
